EquiPT™

Classes & Workshops

Logo swoop.png

EquiPT’s online classes help riders understand the mechanics and meaning behind how they move. Each session blends physical therapy principles, somatic awareness, and equestrian insight to refine the foundation every ride depends on: balance, coordination, and nervous system readiness.

You’ll learn how posture, breath, and subtle muscle activation translate directly into feel, timing, and connection with your horse. Whether we’re exploring biomechanics, nervous system regulation, or focused movement patterns, every class gives you tools you can apply in the saddle right away.

Classes are offered live or on-demand, and can be customized for barns, teams, or associations of riders looking to deepen their body awareness and performance together.

Want To Host A Workshop?

Bring EquiPT’s embodied, science-grounded approach directly to your barn or community.

Hosting an EquiPT workshop lets your community experience Allie’s unique fusion of movement science, nervous-system awareness, and the art of connection. Each workshop takes those principles into practical, rider-centered learning, helping participants feel their bodies more clearly, shift unhelpful patterns, and understand how the nervous system shapes confidence and performance.

Barns and organizations can choose from Allie’s list of classes that cover topics like hip mobility, breathing as a riding aide, the rider’s half halt, the equestrain pelvic floor, and more. Workshops can be offered as unmounted education or combined with an Intuitive Riding Clinic.

$200/hour

The Equestrian Pelvic Floor

1 hour, 8 minutes | $20

Your seat is your connection to your horse under the saddle. It's your direct line to how they're feeling, the clarity of your aides, and the moment-to-moment communication during your ride.

This class looks at the pelvic floor in a way that actually makes sense for the equestrian: as part of a larger, integrated system that supports balance, core coordination, a truly neutral seat, and your ability to sense your horse and stay connected in the moment.

Dr. Allie Baier walks through common patterns around pregnancy, incontinence, perimenopause, and pelvic discomfort, and explains why “weakness” isn’t always the real issue. For many people, it’s tension, and that changes how the body needs to be supported.

You’ll learn simple, practical ways to support your body with exercises that go beyond basic kegels and into building strength that works in motion, along with the softness and elasticity needed to stay in sync with your horse.

This is class offers a deeper way of understanding your seat and pelvis, one that supports comfort, confidence, and a more connected ride.
