Dr. Allie Baier is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, and lifelong equestrian. Her work is rooted in a deep understanding of the body as an integrated system, shaped by movement, experience, and the patterns we carry over time.

With experience working across disciplines and with riders at many stages of life, she has developed a unique lens on how riders organize their bodies under real conditions. Through her work, riders begin to notice what’s actually happening beneath the surface and develop a more responsive, coordinated, and trustworthy connection with their horse.
